Although some people had problems with iOS 10 when it first came out earlier last week, Apple has smoothed everything out now. And there are plenty of new features, hidden functionalities, and third-party app integrations available for you to explore in iOS 10. iOS 10 will let you delete stock apps like Calculator, Calendar, Compass, Contacts (only from the iPhone), FaceTime, Find My Friends, Home, iBooks, iCloud Drive, iTunes Store, Mail, Maps, Music, Notes, Podcasts, Reminders, Stocks, Tips, Videos, Voice Memos, watch app, and Weather, all of that you delete them just as you would delete any other app (press and hold on the app until it begins to jiggle, tap the X on the app followed by Remove, and then press the Home button to complete the process.)

Considering that many users don't use all Apple default apps and deleting them also makes iPhone faster, this feature is really useful. Especially for movie lovers, they can free up iPhone space for storing more media files, even 4K videos.

Another impressive merit of iOS 10 is it features a new lock screen and home screen experience. It enables quick interaction with apps and expanded use of 3D touch. The new version includes a "raise to wake" feature for a user to wake up his phone just by lifting it up.

iOS 10 also redesigns the Apple Music App with a more intuitive interface. The modified Apple Music app is featuring a black-and-white background and add new "Browse" and "For You" options. Apple Music, meanwhile, has been redesigned from the "ground up," Cue said. The app has new tabs that are easier to use, and it displays lyrics for songs and a daily curated playlist in the "for you" tab. Cue noted that the service now has 15 million paying subscribers.

iOS 10 introduced a new app for HomeKit called "Home." It is designed to allow users to control all your smart home devices and other non-traditional devices from one central hub. Users can use it to communicate with a wide variety of external devices and collate their data, so they can easily check which accessory you want to turn on, turn off, or adjust without actually operating it.

In iOS 10 Maps, you can search along the route to check what's around the corner and easily find the closest places for gas, food, or coffee and tell you how much time needed to get there. The navigation interface is sleeker and provides more traffic information. The updated version will be available on CarPlay, and Maps will be open to third-party developers. A user, for instance, should be able to search for a restaurant using OpenTable and then book a ride there with Uber.

iOS 10 makes it possible to allow Siri to speak to your callers directly and transcribe voicemail messages into text stored in the iCloud. Thus let users quickly glance at the voicemail messages rather than listening to them.

The Message app has also been revamped, with rich links and "invisible ink" that reveals a message once you slide your finger across a bubble. The new app will suggest emojis to add and highlight words that could be turned into emojis. It also supports handwritten messages. you can also change the message bubble effects, send fireballs, heartbeats, sketches, and more; send a message or photo remaining invisible and reveal it simply by swiping it; say things like "Congratulations" with animations filling the whole screen. Third-party developers can build apps to use inside of the Messages, and users will have an "app drawer" of apps they want to use in it.
